The host was very helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring, which we really appreciated.We enjoyed our stay overall, although the property would benefit from a deeper clean, as cleanliness was below expectations in places and there was a slight damp smell. That said, the host was apologetic, took the feedback seriously, and clearly wants to maintain high standards.With improved cleaning, this would be a lovely place to stay, and we’d consider returning."

"It was all fine. A very small room ( I had booked a standard) and the tiny bathroom needed a bit of TLC but it's a lovely location. Staff were friendly and food was good."

"The house is really lovely and perfect for a group. The beach is so close, easily accessed, quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed a fish and chip takeaway and a Chinese takeaway and the local shop is well stocked. Unfortunately the pub in the village has closed but the Poachers Pocket is a half hour walk along the beach and serves from breakfast through to the evening. Lovely pub in Walcott….The Lighthouse. I think you could walk it given time but it was about 7/8 mins drive. Next time we’ll try the walk. The whole area has plenty to do and is beautiful. We will definitely be back!"

"Lovely holiday chalet in a quiet location and a stones throw from the beautiful beach. The welcome packs are greatly appreciated, so you can have a cuppa and biscuit as soon as you arrive, and then wash up with the cleaning supplies provided! Ideally placed for visiting Wroxham and Norwich as well as the coast. The only minor negatives are the worn sofa that you sink into and the unmade road to get to the site. But these wouldn’t put us off stopping again."
