Very disappointed. We left after the first night losing our money. Unresponsive property manager. Room was very moldy smelling and we suffered from allergies. Quite an expensive place for what you get. Had better accomodations at half the price in much of that area

Dear Nina,Thanks for trusting us during your recent stay. We regret to hear that the stay did not achieve your expectations. Your review does not achive the overall rate rated by the rest of our guests. Surprisingly when you left your room you did noticed anything at reception. When any of our guest suffer from allergies, they just note it in the reservation. It was not your case, we did not receive any suggestion previous to your arrival. Our rooms are cleaned wih ozone precisely to avoid allergic problems.It is surprisingly strange to hear that there are better accommodations at half price in this area, if so, we wonder why you did not choose any other place to stay at. We can understand that you were dissapointed and that's the reason why your words are written with the only aim of hurting our reputation.

One disappointment was the lack of air conditioning, and it was hot. Good service when we couldn't get the washer to work. Helpful desk person. Beautiful views! Parking was close but a very small garage. Still good to have it with the busy street parking.

Arrived over New Year's so check-in was by code number. Room was clean but minimal. Whole building however smelled of stale smoke from the fire in the lobby/common area.

The apartment was neat and in a prime location across from the beach. I had booked it months in advance and thought I would get a view of the water from a top floor as advertised when I booked it. I ended up on the first floor with a view of the street. The amenities were functional but nothing fancy. Parking in town horrible. Hotel reserved is a space for a fee, but we didn't use it since we found a spot in a nearby lot by accident. The hotel couldn't give us a spot for 1 of our 3 days anyway. Overall, ok accommodation.

The fact that you booked it months in advance, it doesn't guarantee you an apartment with balcony and sea view as these ones are subject to availability with an extra surchage. Such a gem!
Man this place was amazing!! Beautiful, clean, spacious room with everything you could possibly need (wifi, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, even a laundry washer!). Mine even had a nice little view of the beach/waves. The staff was super kind and helpful in recommending good spots to check out. And it's in a super quiet area, which was also nice. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Apartment very close to beach. View obscured by building in front. Nice terrace to sit outside on first floor. We had three apartments booked. Parking cost 10 Euros extra per day. Apartment lacked tea towels or starter kit but on the whole reasonably comfortable.

Excellent hotel in a great location!
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It’s located right in front of the beach in an excellent location. Street parking is free, but some of the people in the area aren’t as nice to foreigners, so our car was keyed, literally for no reason. So, you may want to consider paying the 10 euros a night for the hotel’s parking.

Short break in Mundaka
Very good serviced apartments next to Mundaka beach. The WIFI works perfectly in the reception area (plenty of comfy seating) but is not strong enough for use within the apartment.

Great Apartment in Pretty Village
Really nice apartment for the price, with an ocean view. Very clean and modern with a good sized bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mundaka is only a small village by the sea but has a couple of restaurants and bars and can easily get into Bilbao by bus or train. Not overcrowded with tourists.

Great stay in Mundaka
Great stay and great location. Exceptional Service from hotel staff! Rooms are very clean, spacious, beautiful tile bathrooms, and nice kitchenette with all amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for the great value and service. Mundaka is a chamring little town and only short walking distance from main town and surfing access. Hotel is located directly in front of great sandy beach. Highly recommended, great value and hope to be back soon.

extremely clean, well equipped, pretty well maintained, do-it-yourself apartment facing the beautiful beach in Mundaka. stayed two nights here in our 16-day Spain trip, and we loved it. it was during the weekdays and did not seem many other guests were staying. we were on the 4th floor directly facing the beach and the view was just incredible! loved every minute of just staring out the big balcony window, watching sunset. they have pretty much everything you need if you want to cook yourself, there is even dishwasher and laundry washer to get you fresh started again. there is dryer onsite for you to use free of charge! Mundaka is just the most beautiful small port town in Spain and you will not regret staying in Apartamentos. the staff are very friendly and speak English very well.

Das Apartment war insgesamt ok. Geschirrspüler und Wachmaschine vorhanden aber z.Bsp. kein Wasserkocher und kein Backofen. Kleines Fenster mit Sicht auf die Bucht. Umgebung ist fantastisch - Mundaka ist ein sehr schöne gewachsene spanisches Kleinstadt - keine Touristenburg. Diverse schöne Strände in der Nähe. Hinweis: Parken ist vor allem an sonnigen Wochenenden ein Problem. Ich habe im Norden von Mundaka immer was gefunden - ggfs. an der Rezeption fragen. Tip: Mit dem Zug nach Bilbao.

Accès très simple avec guidage GPS. L'appartement est bien situé au début de la ville. La visite de Mundaka peut se faire à pied sans difficulté. Le parking n'est pas payant avant le 1 juin pour le stationnement du véhicule dans la ville. Appartement très propre spacieux et confortable pour une famille.

Hay que "abandonar" el coche muy lejos o pagar €€€
Todo muy bien salvo que es imposible aparcar si no es pagando carísimo el aparcamiento o "abandonando" el coche en las afueras.

Unos apartamentos de lujo
Los apartamentos son muy confortables y disponen de todo lo necesario. Una amplia terraza desde donde se puede ver el mar, un pueblo precioso y una habitación amplia i muy bien amueblada te hacen sentir muy bien. Os lo aconsejo tanto en invierno como en verano.

Modernos apartamentos, cómodos y bine situadoen
Estupendo edificio de apartamentos a lado de la playa de nueva construcción. El apartamento era muy amplio, luminoso y limpio. Mobiliario moderno, colchones muy cómodos, baño perfecto y cocina correcta. La vista de la playa estupenda aunque hay un edifico enfrente que tapa parcialmente la visión. La unica pega es que no tenían doble ventana y estaba mal aislado e insonorizado. No obstante la calefaccion era potente y no pasamos frío. Estuvimos en un apartamento abuhardillado en el que dos camas estaban demasiado cerca del techo por lo que tuvimos que ponerlas en el medio de la habitacion para evitar golpes. Si dieran desayuno serias perfecto porque hay que andar un poco hasta la cafetería más cercana. El precio seria correcto para verano pero para ir en invierno los vimos un poco caros en relación calidad-precio. Había parking de pago pero no lo usamos porque hay un parking gratuito a 50 metros.

Hotel bueno en un pueblo malo
El hotel muy bien, cruzas una pequeña carretera y la playa. Cama super cómoda y grande, todo muy limpio. Wifi regular. La chiva de recepción muy maja. El tema de claridad por la noche... si eres alguien como yo a quien la luz molesta para dormir y no puedes usar antifaz hay que inventarse formas de que no entre ta que aunque hay doble cortina no llega hasta abajo y quedan siempre huecos y el baño tiene una ventana y un respiradero la puerta por la que entra la luz si no lo tapas con algo (nosotros pusimos las toallas) . El pueblo... si no eres mucho de playa... olvídate no hay nada. Metro y bus cerca del hotel para ir a Bilbao tardan 1h y 15 pero las frecuencias muy excasas.
