大型バスによる団体を最優先した、写真とは裏腹に玄界灘を全く楽しめない、玄界灘の鮮魚とは程遠い食事。

It was a good experience.
I stayed one night there with my family. They generally keep their hotel very clean but when I entered the room, I literally see the dust blowing as I put down my jacket on floor (Japanese style room). This hotel has a wonderful on-site onsen which is Japanese spa and sauna which is great. It has indoor and outdoor Hot Spring and they are connected each other.

世界遺産、宗像大社のお膝元ホテル、オススメです。
緑と海が広がるなか、突然綺麗なホテルが見えてきました。ロビーも広々として、フロントの方々の温かい対応も印象的。ファミリー用の畳部屋を予約。4名には少々狭い感もありました。窓が全く開けられなかったので、外の新鮮な空気を入れられず、残念でした。温泉は無色透明、とても良かったです。朝食バイキングも種類豊富で美味しいです。

Nada recomendable
Es un hotel que necesita una reforma integral de manera urgente. Las moquetas, cortinas y colchas tienen unas manchas de años. Las camas son incomodas y las toallas son pequeñas y viejas. El precio que pagamos por la habitacion triple fue desorbitado para el estado de la habitacion y la ubicacio del hotel. Por cierto que en su web te inducen a pensar que puedes hacer muchas cosas alrededor y lo unico que hay es la piscina del hotel con el agua turbia (no se veia el fondo de la piscina). Mejor escoger otro hotel y sitio.

満足です。
ホテルの接客と対応は良く（ここは大満足）、快適にお盆休みを過ごすことが出来ました。お風呂もとても清潔感があり、良かったです。出来れば、タオルが別に風呂場にあればなお良かったです。 朝ご飯は正直普通でした。 宗像の味覚があればいいな～と思います。 プールは少し狭く感じました。 子供が楽しめる簡単なスライダーなどあると良いかなと思います。 総合ではとても良い雰囲気でした。

Perfect for family vacay w/kids & elderly parents
The staff is very nice (as any Japanese in the service industry), but the front desk staffs' English is so limited that restricts them from giving guests all the information they need to know, like the restaurants' working hours/days or that you have to pay to use the pool and even the onsen (hot springs) which we only found out when checking out by googling its meaning. The hotel restaurants operating hours are extremely limited, the tea lounge should let guest bring their food outside (at least pizza.) And you should have either a staff member fluent in English or information leaflets translated into English.

모든 면이 좋았던 호텔
굳이 단점을 고르자면 위치적으로 주변에 아무것도 없던 점이에요! 그 외에는 다 만족스러웠습니다. 휴양지느낌이었어요~ 호텔 내부에 거의 모든 시설이 준비되어있었고 외부 수영장도 좋았구요~ 방, 조식 모두 만족스러웠어요~ 할머니, 고등학생 등등 대가족이 함께한 여행이었는데 모두가 만족했던 호텔입니다ㅎ 렌트를 하셨다면 후쿠오카까지 1시간정도의 거리라 후쿠오카 왔다갔다하기에도 괜찮은 것 같아요ㅎㅎ

Decent hotel in the area
The hotel comes with a hot spring bath which is good. The room is fairly spacious as we stayed in a tatami room. But there is not much tourist attraction in the area.

初めて宿泊しました。部屋は綺麗で問題ないのですが、レストランがあんまりでした。周辺にあまり良い店がなくホテルで食事したのですが、営業してる店があまりなく、入った店は美味しくありませんでした。店員さんは良かったんですが…宿泊だけなら問題ないと思います。

Very quiet and peaceful hotel.
The pool inside the hotel was excellent. The hot spring was fine, but it did not look like a real hot spring. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the hotel breakfast buffet was okay.

조용히 휴식하기 좋은 호텔입니다.
주요 관광지, 하카타역으로부터 거리가 상당히 떨어져 있고 교통편이 불편하지만 호텔에서 제공하는 무료송영서비스를 잘 활용하면 편안하게 도심까지 다녀오는것도 가능합니다. 직원분들이 친절하고 주변 경치가 좋았습니다. 9월에는 야외수영장을 사용하지 못해서 아쉬웠지만 온천은 좋았습니다. 가족과 함께 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.

"일본 최고의 호텔, 적당한 가격"
이 호텔은 북 규슈의 후쿠오카 근처에 있는 새 호텔입니다. 시설과 객실은 아주 깨끗하고 편안하며 음식 또한 훌륭합니다. 객실의 가구는 호텔 안내 책자에 나와 있는 그대로더군요. 적당한 가격에 이렇게 좋은 호텔에 머물기는 정말 어려울 것 같습니다. 강력하게 추천합니다.

겐카이로열 온처호텔 이용후기
깨끗한 호텔, 친절한 직원, 청결한 객실 모든게 다 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔이여서 별다른점이 없을꺼라 생각했지만 객실도 다다미형식으로 되어있어서 색다른 느낌이였고 호텔에서 제공되는 아침식사가 너무 마음에 들었습니다.
