The location is a little far from most attractions but the quiet room and the health club across the street made up for it. The food was a great surprise with different options for breakfast and dinner every day. I would definitely stay there again.

Fern is a functional and clean hotel with no extra frills but at the same time you have everything you need to be comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and do recommend it for fellow travellers. I especially liked their meticulous COVID procedures.

Good decent hotel in the Eastern suburbs
The hotel is located on a road away from the traffic and main roads in the area. So it is a nice quiet place away from the noise. The breakfast spread is adequate. However, the sitting is less as compared to what is required from a hotel of this size. So it was quite common for hotel staff to request guests to share a table. Whether you arrive for breakfast at 9:00 or 10:00 am, the tables were always full. The rooms are decent, but noise from the other room does seep in to the adjoining room. Maybe I had a connecting room that's why I felt it. Overall, it is a decent hotel in that location. Normally, I would advise to stay in western suburbs as this location is a bit away from the action of Mumbai (whether it is the trendy districts or the business area downtown).

Noisy lobby but okay stay.
The Lobby area and the restaurant were hosting birthday and marriage parties and kids were running around everywhere including the bar section making loud noises. The ambiance of the hotel was too bad. In addition, the breakfast was not included in the deal even though the room was not cheap by any standard.

Very nice and conveniently located facility. BKC and Phoenix Marketcity are just a short distance away. Excellent food and service. For some inexplicable reason, front desk asks for govt ids of all travelers including minor children. I found it quite strange, as this is not a common practice. All in all, very good experience.

The hotel is in a good location and has great facilities. It is next to a sports club that is owned by the same parent company. This means that all guests have access to many facilities of the club.

Very nice 2 day stay at the Fern for business trip
Very convenient location in Chembur with easy access to Bandra Kurla Complex. Hotel facilities are quite good. Staff is polite and provide good service. Wifi facility is good hence you can work from your hotel room. Local transport (Taxi/auto) readily available from the doorstep.

Modern, affordable, conveniently located.
Stayed here 4 nights for a business trip. The hotel is pretty centrally located, which was very helpful as there was a lot of work travel required around the city. The room was well appointed, clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The free breakfast was a little limited in terms of options, but quite good overall, and the room service dishes we tried were all pretty tasty. The hotel shares facilities with the sports club next door, so as a guest, you have access to their restaurants, gym, swimming pool and more, which is a great plus. The staff were also very helpful and accomodating, and most importantly, the affordable room rates meant that it was all amazing value for money in Bombay. Will definitely go back.

Nice hotel. But the staff needs training.
An average hotel. Out of the way, nice facilities but the staff needs serious hospitality training. Especially the front office staff. They are unfriendly and totally confused. The security guards, numerous in number are very disrespectful only towards Indians. The food is nice. The service is okay, but they get overwhelmed during meal times.

Nice new hotel at center of Chembur
Stayed with family (triple occupancy) for two nights and 3 days - fantastic trip Had difficulty in getting to the hotel as the airport prepaid taxi guy could not get the hotel on the GPS Checked in to hotel with in minutes, brisk front office efficiency Paid 25% more for triple occupancy as per reservation bill, which did not pinch my wallet Pros: Efficient front office Friendly staff Booked taxis for us as and when we required without frowning Superb rooms, big enough for triple occupancy, neat and clean soft furniture, clean toilet with all standard complements Nice ambience on the 24hr coffee shop that served the breakfast Neat and nice corridors on each floor, particularly the corner ones are superb, the diffused light from sun is perfect for flashless profile photos, don't forget to take your camera alongwith Brisk room service Cons: Breakfast spread can be better more inclusive on the veg side (for Indians) The Indian style brewed tea that was served was invariably light and not hot on both days, had to reorder them, so make sure to order 'strong and piping hot' tea while ordering tea. Overall: Will definitely recommend for family stay.
