The food at the restaurant was really good. But keep in the mind that the property is old and the bathrooms especially are in really bad condition.

Decent stay for the price.

The staff were friendly and provided everything I needed. The property is also located in a quieter part of town so theres a little less noise than in the rest of the city. The room could have been cleaner, however, possibly hoovering the floor semi-regulalry would help.

Needs improvement

The reception area is very impressive. Checking in was okay but they tried to extract payment even though I had paid before the trip to Hotels.com. From reading other reviews it would appear that several rooms have been refurbished, ours hadn’t. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and the bathroom shutters did not fully close. The room itself was generally clean and the beds comfortable. I could not understand why we weren’t allowed two card keys for the room or any reason why not. The restaurant looked impressive but I can’t comment on the quality as we ate elsewhere. It was reasonably priced for the area.

Good location, decent service hotel in Mumbai

Good location near Mumbai international airport. Car was sent right on time to pick up from a late night/early morning flight. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Overnight hotel

The Regent hotel is good for an overnight stay near the airport. The airport transfer is a bit pricey, the ride only 5 minutes. The staff are helpful and pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the bathroom could do with an upgrade although clean. Breakfast is hit and miss, depending on the number of guests, few guests little choice, more guests full choice.

The stay, food and service was excellent. However, hotel.com charged us exorbitantly high. Also did not pass on the free nights.

Very welcoming staff - in lobby, in dining room, maintenance staff and the guards on the gate. Thanks to everyone. Continental breakfast with a variety of cuisines - Indian and European - very tasty. The location is close to the airport. We enjoy our stay in this hotel.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We were moved by the excellent service offered by the wel-trained staff by this hotel. I am definitely going to come back to this hotel next time I am in Mumbai. Barring the neighborhood, every thing was superb.

Generell ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Hab nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise übernachtet, war aber ganz ok. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war ok, wenn auch nicht auf Topniveau.

Nice and comfortable stay

I have selected this hotel with the 50/50 mind. Booked only 2 days, even my trip was longer. No regrets in terms of the overall experience considering what we pay. Very friendly staff and supportive. Rooms are clean, Service quality is first class, Close 2 metro stations for better commuting and Not but not least, nice food.

Nice little gem at a great price

Finding this little gem can be quite a challenge. Helpful staff and a very nice dining room with excellent meals. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable and clean. Convenient to Mumbai International. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Cheers.
