"Myself and my sister took our mum away for a Mother’s Day weekend and it was an absolutely amazing weekend. Lizette and Dave were lovely and so welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this property enough, the location is absolutely fantastic. If you’re after a nice relaxing getaway then this is definitely the spot, we left with our cups so full. We will definitely be back"

"Tinny room - noisy from trains and cars and trucks - room had a glass panel front door and lit the room all night. Tiny bathroom. It was clean however"

"The room was very clean; I worked for The Pamelia Hilton in Perth and it was on par as it in the cleanliness department. Only saw the staff when I checked in and they were very friendly and helpful. Didn't go into the bar. And didn't go into to any shops. I would be very happy to stay there again if I have to Come to York for another event. thankyou Dianne Nelligan"

"A convenient place to stay in York within easy walking distance to the main part of town including dinner options. Microwave, crockery and cutlery was a bonus but missing a tea towel and to dry dishes after washing up. Check in was efficient over the phone. "
