"Receptionist was not friendly and instead of asking how would you like to pay blurted out in front of other guests we haven’t been able to process your payment through your bank account because there are insufficient funds even though I had already elected to pay at check in.There were cockeroaches and spiders in the room and stains on the carpet,sink and shower tiles,the towels felt like cement "
