The service was amazing. Nothing was too much to ask. My son and I stayed in a big room that felt so cosy, just like home. The hwy was noisy but the beds were comfy so still had a great sleep. Shower was lovely and I could look out from the main room to get a lovely view of the land.

Had our dog with us and staff went out of their way (asking a regular customer to swap rooms with us) so we could have a more suitable room. Bigger than normal fridge was v helpful and it was lovely sitting outside room looking at the view. A great find - would definitely stay there again.

The good: Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Plenty of parking. Good shower pressure. The bad: Checked in by a child with limited customer service skills. Room was old - torn carpet, stains in the sink. A vague, undefinable smell. Mirror is not over the sink

Prepaid online via Wotif and on arrival cleaner was only person to check me in ,where I had to point to computer screen of my surname to indicate who I was, this didn’t bother me however the room is old with major cracks and overpriced at $240 night for economy, iron mark imbedded in carpet as well as other stains on carpet, quilt has stain marks,dirty mirror, dirty shower recess. Just really unappealing.This is on main highway and traffic noise is loud.can also hear other guests walking /stomping around in their rooms due to floorboards underneath.Very disappointed to say the least.pictures taken
