"Advertising on Expedia was deceiving. Room was in poor condition. A clothes pin was used to hold drapes closed. There was no shade on the window. Could not get WiFi to work. The flooring was weak. If you were heavy could have fallen through. No coffee available. We should have asked for a refund but hostess was nice and said we would have to contact Expedia for concerns"

"This hotel is very unique. we loved the simplicity, solitude and natural setting. The town of Terlingua is a bit rustic, but the folks are exceptionally friendly. Willow House is within 15 minutes of Big Bend National Park, a unsung gem."

"Nothing fancy, but a homey and comfortable place for a single person or couple to spend a night or two. Comfortable bed, kitchen with much-appreciated coffee makings and some cooking supplies included. Very close to the entrance to Big Bend National Park. RV park location was quiet and close to a few places to eat, buy groceries or fill up on (very expensive) gas."

Kitchen has very basic prep stuff. Freezer needs defrosting and coffee maker should be thoroughly cleaned. Harsh light bulbs in kitchen. Shelving under bath sink needs a hammer. Rug in main area needs cleaning. "
