"I loved this place. It was the best from our trip! Our room was huge and very beautiful. I enjoyed my fancy bath tub. The food was great as well. We will definitely visit again if we go back."

"EXCELLENT!! This was a clean hotel with an elevator and a super friendly staff. The location was great for our needs: short walk to both the train and bus stations, and also to our tour start on Union Street. There were several pubs and restaurants within a few blocks. Keep in mind several required reservations, which made it a little difficult, but Black Swan Isle was our answer! We felt safe walking in the area. Overall, a great experience in Inverness!"

"The location is excellent, walking a few minutes to the railroad station, pubs with great music, shopping, and more right in the heart of Inverness. The continental breakfast was adequate with quite a selection of cereal, breads, crumpets, juices, and coffee. The bathroom en suite could have used towel racks and the room with twin beds is small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to sleep for my wife and I since we don't spend much time in the room, too much to do and see. I thought it was quite expensive for the amenities, but seems to be the going rate. Oh, and no elevator to the reception desk on the first floor."

"The Beaufort Hotel was charming, centrally located, and had wonderful staff. There is a darling bar and beautiful restaurant. Our room was quaint, but worked well for my husband and me. I highly recommend."

"the hotel was clean and tidy but needs upgrading in the future like most hotels this age. the hotel is in good location for the town centre. The bedroom was a good size but unable to open any windows. The tv was hard to get local programs and streaming channels. Overall we would stay again as we new the age of the property when we booked."
