The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the 150.00 daily incidental fee. It is refundable, but if I was struggling-CHILE.😊 It was worth it!!!!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely phenomenal—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. Every detail reflected the high standard you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. Although I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, everything else about my stay was excellent. "as soon as we walked into in our room it reeked of weed so bad. i was just walking around the room and noticed red sticky stains in the carpet and crumbs under the counter that nobody cleaned up. i tried to ask for another room or money back and all they offered was free breakfast. we will NEVER come back pls save your money"

"Our main issue was the breakfast was unavailable both days we stayed (which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel). We also needed a refresh on supplies the second night but were told to come downstairs to grab them. And we had a couple negative interactions with staff. The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t blow very cool. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The staff was nice. The food was okay they need to add a protein other than pork on the menu. The place was clean. The room was okay it was clean. The chair in the room was peeling It has seen better days and needs to be replaced. The sheets had balls on them. It time to get new sheets. There needs to be a person who goes around and fully inspect furniture and know when it time to replace stuff in the room. Basic updates to maintain quality aka quality control. Also the walls are thin, I just knew the people above me was going to land on my bed any minute while I was in the room. It a descent hotel if you just need a place to sleep, shower and want a ok breakfast . Don’t look for anything else."

"The room was clean, no bad odors and breakfast was amply stocked. Appreciate all the staff’s hard work. We know the weekend was quite busy! It was great knowing we had a safe and clean place to rest our heads and have our vehicle secured."
