Literally the most amazing experience I hav ever had in Atlanta!!! Drove up, parking was so so easy. The lady at the front desk made my entire experience amazing. Her name was Tracy. She was the most energetic, amazing person you will ever meet. The best customer service I have ever had!! Arrived at 1AM after a very long day. Room was 74 when i went in. Set thermostat to 68 and went to bed. Woke at 3AM hot. Looked at thermostat. Said 75 and cooling. Fan was on. So tired i just went back to bed with no covers. Got up at 7AM after tossing around and thermostat said same, 75. I took a photo and checked out and mentioned all this to the desk guy. He just said, thanks for letting us know. I said, no discount for the sauna? Nope! And btw, the beds are cheap and do not have a box spring and the sheets are poor quality. I stayed at the Holiday Inn two blocks over the week prior. They have a low end lobby and staff but the beds and sheets ten times better. To me it's all about the bed an this Marriot is a fail.
