"My family of four stayed here for two weeks due to a home remodel, and it was perfect for our needs. The home is very clean and well-appointed. Heather is very responsive, and was accommodating when we had to extend the rental right before another guest was to check-in. I can't recommend this property enough!"

However, upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property was not accurately represented.The condition of the home raised serious health and cleanliness concerns. There was visible mold in the bathrooms, particularly along the baseboards and air vents. The pool was not usable, as it appeared to have gone uncleaned for an extended period. Additionally, there were rats observed running around the backyard.We notified the host of these issues, but while someone was eventually sent out, it was not until the afternoon of our final day—far too late to resolve the situation or salvage our stay.Due to the unhealthy and unclean conditions, some members of our group chose to leave after the first night.
