"Two of the windows in two of the bedrooms upstairs, down stairs bedroom window, window on the staircase, sitting area upstairs and the patio doors going to the backyard did not have any covering. Anyone looking in could see in the house. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The only item in the bedrooms. Were the beds. We had booked the house for seven people, but the dining room and living room only sat six people. The WI-FI didnt work very well. We had to use our own Hotspot. After I booked the house i was told I couldn't use the washer and dryer. They weren't hooked up. We had to go buy toilet paper. There wasnt enough. I will not stay again. "

"The house has been beautifully remodeled and it was very modern and clean. The game room area was a big hit and the kitchen was very nice with all new appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Great experience."

"Everything was well stocked and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the heavy fragrances present in the property. I, like many, am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances which were present in the plugin used up to the sheets and towels being overly scented through the washing products. "

"The home itself has so much potential. The lakefront location and neighborhood are beautiful. The management team responded to every inquiry in a timely manner. When we arrived, the television in the main living room was difficult to use and not user friendly. We streamed using our laptops as the WiFi worked. Carpet in the master bedroom has stains and it is obvious that the home allows pets. We noticed a roach on the carpet when we arrived the first night. There is no water filter in the home, so we purchased a Brita filter. The home furnishings seem to be from IKEA or similar. The curtain rod to the upstairs bathroom needed the rod to be installed as it was left on the floor when we arrived. All of these concerns were addressed later by the maintenance team but it would have been nice to not have to deal with it in the first place. I would not use the word “luxury” to describe this home. "
