Have stayed few times in this hotel, convenient location.

Hotel is clean, good location, friendly staff. Although it is small but it is comfortable.

Close to airport.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Bimo on front desk. Property very clean and the room very comfortable.

Fantastic airport hotel. Staff were super kind and helpful. The room was great, especially the shower. Breakfast was defiantly a highlight....so many options and every on of them delicious!

Really beautiful place for it's price

Really enjoyed my stay at The Langham, the club lounge was great, the staff were very friendly and food was of very high quality. Shoutout to Gareth in the gym for his assistance.

We have just returned from a 4 day at Shangri La Jakarta - we were and are increfi lg happy with our stay. I need to provide feedback on several staff - Katani and Eri in the breakfast buffet were truly exceptional at their job. It show that they love what they do - alw as ys a smile, great conversation useful tips for our stay and sincere attention to personal detail. These two ladies are worth coming back - just for them! The other is Harry at tge Concierge desk - unendingly helpful,...

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Over and above. Otherwise exactly as i expected.

Yes, all so good.

Nice

Fantastic airport hotel. Spent a day here during a long layover. Room was clean, comfortable and new. Pool was perfect and towels plentiful. Not the fanciest pool surrounds but 100% did the job.

Loved the vibe

Great stay, no complaints at all.
