"They were so kind, even when I had car issues and a later than usual check in. These rooms are updated and VERY nice. Had access to TV and Roku, loved it! A peaceful sleep. Bar is next door too, which is nice."

"The staff were extremely courteous and friendly! Over the top continental breakfast! Loved the location, it was convenient to everything Helen had to offer! We will definitely be staying at the Helendorf if our travels take us to Helen again! Love the cleanliness and well stocked rooms! Plenty of pillows, towels, cups, tissues, even coffee! My husband and I don't drink coffee but it was right there in the room with a Keurig! Absolutely wonderful stay here!"

"What a lovely cabin with an amazing view! The furniture and decor are super cute, and the sofa and chair are some of the most comfortable things we've ever sat in (and I sell furniture, so that says something lol). The balcony is spacious and it's where I spent most of my time. I'm a smoker, so I very much appreciated the fact that I was allowed to smoke there. Lots of properties do not allow this. The kitchen was spacious and there were many seasonings available, which is also unusual, and was much appreciated. Lots of towels were provided, and also enough toilet paper to make it through the whole week. The location is perfect. It's quiet and secluded, but you can be in Helen within 10 minutes if you want some action and some great German food. I accidentally forgot my Kindle and charger, but the host is nice enough to arrange for someone to mail it to me. We had an amazing, relaxing time and will definitely be back. "What an amazing place to spend the week!! The cabin is beautiful and had everything that we could possibly want. It was a great place for the family to get together and spend some quality time catching up . Lots of places to hang out outside and just enjoy being in the forest! The host is wonderful and very accommodating and was available if we had any questions. Check in was super easy. It's very close to Helen and some great hiking spots. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin."
