"This is a no frills Japanese Hotel. The room is small by western standards, but it was clean and comfortable the bathroom is a “Unit Bath” It contains everything you need but it won’t be what you expect. If you are “Plus Sized” in anyway: Height or Weight, you might not love it. Me at a little over 5’10”, 204lbs find it snug but workable. The Tub is actually designed for soaking. Anyhow, for the price, It was very nice."

"Opened in 2020 yet looked brand new, Room and everything in the hotel are beautiful and very well designed. However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. Very near to Takashimaya and Isetan Shopping Mall."

"The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants. The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected."

"The room was great! The location of the hotel was attached to the train station. The area around the hotel was surrounded by shops and restaurants. There was a covered bridge which allowed you access to cross over the visit street. There was also an elevator which made the property handicap accessible. There were so many food options available the hotel also provides you with a meal with a choice of three restaurants. My family members each chose a different restaurant for breakfast. The hotel was so clean and the room was fantastic! The room was laid out in such a way to make it feel very spacious. I felt very safe using the grab bar in the shower and bathtub. The staff was very nice and helpful. My child had indicated that the hotel room was very nice and was very sad that we were only staying there for one night. Overall, I loved my stay at this hotel. The location, the staff, the amenities, the room – everything was impeccable. We definitely would’ve arranged to stay longer if we had known the hotel was such a great deal!"

"The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do laundry. "
