"We had a lovely stay in this apartment, very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back. It’s very well placed for visiting Hadrians Wall. We travelled by train and found the bus service more than adequate for our needs. The bus stop is outside the apartment. Also there is a range of shops and eateries. On Wednesday in the market square there was a pop up rice van selling take away food."

"Great location for visiting Hadrians wall. Haltwhistle has some convenient shops and a couple of pubs but otherwise is very quiet. Recommend The Manor to eat.Really comfortable accommodation and the welcome pack was lovely especially the cakes!Clean in the min but some more detailed dusting higher up required, shower grout a bit grubby but don’t let this put you off unless you’re fussy.Stayed in January, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace.Beautiful local walks with our dog.Recommend!"

"A nice stay close to all of Hadrians walls main attractions and lots of walks. Property was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Parking nearby or on street after 6pm. Overall a well located and comfortable place to stay. "

"The property is compact, looks smart and is well equipped. Unfortunately, there was a very strong and persistent smell of damp, especially downstairs, which really marred the stay. Parking is available a few minutes walk away, the local village has everything you’d need and it’s a good spot to explore the area from. "
