"I was looking for a nice relaxing weekend and when I first came, I didn’t like that there was a 350 deposit down for a deposit fair enough. I understand that you have to do this, but that’s a little bit much second of all my toilet flooded for no reason it took 15 minutes for someone to come and look at it. The water was overflowing. I had to use all my towels. It took them sometime after that to refresh the towels. I use the hot tub, but there is lots of kids in there in the hot tub and there is also a group of teenagers at the time my door at 12:30 AM very loud and the front desk. People weren’t very nice at all or accommodating. The elevator didn’t work when I got there. I had to walk up four flights of stairs and medically I shouldn’t have done that. I just found that the staff could be nicer now the gentleman that fixed the toilet was very nice but I was just very disappointment in the staff in general."

"Had a great stay there with my granddaughter. We were in Hamilton for a dance competition. The restaurants were both handy to have. Comfortable beds and we stayed in room 108 and had no issues."

"Never realized I was booking such a low end budget hotel. Because I'm traveling with my pet I needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel smelled so bad of urine, and the smell of old un-maintained conditions. There were ants in the kitchen and roach traps in the cupboards with a roach stuck on it. Cigarette butts all over the ground at one of the exit doors. Not sure if some people rent the rooms & live there, but it was awful. I even took pictures of it. I would have changed hotels but If I explained my whole day of traveling you would understand. Never again!!!!"

"Nice hotel, location not that handy, but ok if you have a car. Rooms a bit dated but clean. We bought breakfast at the restaurant and this was very good."
