"The staff need to be more professional. I had an awkward experience that did not make a good impression on me nor my partner. The staff was handling a difficult customer ahead of me, but their incapacity to correctly handle that difficult customer, to say the least was disappointing. The staff member had become alarmingly irate with that particular difficult customer, very unprofessional. Adding to the already convoluted spectacle, after re-entering the lobby with my luggage, the manager, incorrectly assumed that I was the difficult customer that her staff was dealing with earlier. This was an incredulous experience that has left a bitter memory regarding this establishment. To the hotel management, please train your staff on how to handle difficult customers and train your manager to properly identify difficult situations without jumping to conclusions and assumptions. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job."

"Clean room , clean hotel , friendly staff .breakfast was on the cold side , travel back and forth to train gets costly ( I thought it was free shuttle) not just day your flight comes and leaves . Snacks are stupid expensive at the hotel , i understand its a Hotel but come on $10 bucks for big bag of chips is robbery , nothing is within walking distance . The train getting to union station is a plus . Overall not bad but probably wouldn't stay again"

"Never realized I was booking such a low end budget hotel. Because I'm traveling with my pet I needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel smelled so bad of urine, and the smell of old un-maintained conditions. There were ants in the kitchen and roach traps in the cupboards with a roach stuck on it. Cigarette butts all over the ground at one of the exit doors. Not sure if some people rent the rooms & live there, but it was awful. I even took pictures of it. I would have changed hotels but If I explained my whole day of traveling you would understand. Never again!!!!"

"Upon arrival, our room felt very damp and had an unpleasant odor. We needed to open the window, despite the cold and rain, to air it out. With the window open and later the AC running, the air and temperature became more tolerable. The room was generally clean, though we did notice some old food on the carpet near the couch. I also found the selection of toiletries limited (e.g., mouthwash, makeup remover, cotton swabs). While I usually bring my own, this time I had not, and it would have been helpful to have these available. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated having both a fridge and microwave in the room—this was especially convenient with young children. There was no complimentary water provided, which would be a helpful standard offering upon arrival. The pool area in the evening was quite crowded with older children/teenagers, leaving little space for younger kids to enjoy. I was unable to comment on the slide as it was closed during our stay. Lastly, I would like to highlight that the front desk and service staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. "
