Nicholas greeted me with such warmth and kindness, and I was touched to receive Manuka honey, local teas, and a beautiful birthday card. These thoughtful gestures made my celebration feel very personal and memorable. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday at one of the resort’s restaurants, where the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I experienced the same excellent hospitality in the other dining venues as well. The facilities are outstanding, the grounds are breathtaking, and my room was absolutely fantastic—comfortable, elegant, and surrounded by the beauty of New Zealand.
