"The bathroom was atrocious, a moldy growth under the rim of the bowl, easily seen as soon as the bathroom door was open, yhe shower was filthy, dirt rust, the floor dirt mud. The rest of the room was ok. The bar was supposed to be open until 11 but was closed before 10 the desk person was very nice."

"This place is fine for a short stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no street noise. Our room was close to the lobby and we did hear noise from people who got up earlier than we did in the lobby. The breakfast was Lim, but overall for the price we paid, I was satisfied with the place."

"We’ve been coming to The Barn at Deva’s Farm for years, and it continues to be just as perfect every single time. The setting is absolutely beautiful—quiet, tranquil, and surrounded by peaceful countryside. It’s truly a place where you can unwind and feel completely at ease.The home is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished, with so many little touches that make a big difference. Everything you could possibly need is there—coffee, paper products, condiments, a fully stocked kitchen, even campfire wood and dog supplies if you’re bringing your four-legged family members. It makes settling in effortless.The welcome information is incredibly comprehensive and helpful, and the check-in and check-out instructions are always super clear. Communication with the owner is excellent—Gwen is responsive, kind, and genuinely cares about her guests. She even went above and beyond to mail us an item we accidentally left behind, which we truly appreciated.We also loved using the gas grill—it was clean and in perfect working order, which isn’t always the case with rentals and definitely worth noting! During our stay, we took a day trip to nearby Paris, KY for shopping, antiques, coffee, and bourbon, which made for such a fun outing.The Barn at Deva’s Farm is one of those rare places that consistently exceeds expectations. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"The Red Fox Ridge was just what we needed! I brought the family down to visit the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Cincinnati Zoo the cabin was perfectly located for this. The historic feel and country setting is unique and quiet. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The cabin was well equipped for cooking our meals, making s’mores and roasting hot dogs. We walked the creek and grounds nightly, didn’t see a red fox but plenty of turkeys and a few deer . We enjoyed the games both outdoors and indoors. We will definitely return and plan to recommend to anyone coming to the area.Thank you for opening you family home to us."
