"Shout out to the Front Desk Agent who handle the day to day of the Guest especially Tanisha she went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable in our room especially when we overheard Housekeeping berating and her and disrespecting her all because we asked for additional pillows due to the size of the pillows on the bed. The Breakfast was good the gentleman running that did a phenomenal job as a ONE MAN SHOW !! The Owner/Manager should take the carpets out the room since the pets are allowed as well as not be concerned if the Hotel is SOLD OUT OR NOT! I think was rude and egregious to be concerned about over the comfort of your guest. As i said its the Front Desk the reason I would come back and or anyone in my party would especially Tanisha . Housekeeping and work on their cleaning skills but overall nice stay location is close to everything . Definitely would visit again despite the few hiccups ."
