"This hotel has a free guest laundry that's really efficient after a tour. There is a small kitchen if you happen too lazy to go out for dinner because of too cold outside. Overall, i love staying here and will recommend to others. Thank you staff for the friendly service. "

"The guy on reception was very helpful and as we mentioned my other half watching English football in the morning he gave us a late checkout - boys and their football I booked an apartment as gives you that bit of extra space ! Kitchen and washer a god send - we are back here later in the week - We could walk to a tram stop and into town we also went to the casino last night no luck though "
