    Abode offers pure luxury with a complete renovation blending contemporary design and classic style. This spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups.



    Enjoy outdoor bliss under the large pergola with a BBQ, ideal for entertaining or relaxing. Inside, stay connected with fast, free WiFi and a 65-inch main TV, while every bedroom has its own TV for personal comfort. The fully equipped kitchen and supplied linen make your stay effortless.



    Centrally located in Mount Gambier, Abode is north-facing with beautiful views over Vansittart Park. On chilly winter days, stay cozy with ducted heating and a gas wood fire.

Very satisfied

We were very impressed with the property. It was very modern and comfortable inside. It provides everything that we needed. The location was just within reach of everything. It was located outside a beautiful park and near nice shopping centres. The house had lots of outdoor games for the kids to play and entertain themselves. there was nothing at all to complain about, and overall I was very impressed. We will sure return next time we go to Mt Gambier, and highly recommend to everyone.

The house was just beautiful, location is perfect, great for kids. Great park across the road and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping.Only negative I had was, there was used cigarettes buds left on the grass and I have young children and of course they found them. Otherwise clean, a lot of space and very homie. Also loved your bathroom tiles! Hehe would stay again- thanks for having us.

Weekend Wonder

Abode is a stunning house which has been decorated to an extremely high level. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and at home. The heating, lights and music were already on for us when we arrived which was unexpected but wonderful. Location is superb, beds are very comfortable and plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses for our group of 10. Great hosts.

Outstanding offering

Once again the Abode was outstanding in presentation and accommodation. It was so comforting when returing from a cold trip or day out that the Abode was going to pamper you with its warmth, comfort and amenities. This is our second visit in 10 months and will re book soon as we find that nothing currently lives up to our expectations and requirements.
