Assisted with directions and of things to do whilst in the area. Struck up appropriate conversations based on their observations. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Meals were excellent."

The location is unbeatable – it's just a two-minute walk across the road to the pier, which is an ideal spot to watch the beautiful Melbourne skyline and New Year fireworks displays. "Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps."
