"Property requires double glazed windows as you get no sleep due to traffic all night. We had no hot water, reception investigated and said everyone was showering at same time therefore this resulted in no hit water. For us oldies, bed is upstairs and toilet downstairs, challenging to climb stairs if a night. Clean and modern facilities."
