Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"Staff were exceptionally helpful. Took our luggage up the stairs and were waiting for us when we arrived. Welcomed warmly by the manager and once checked in felt like home away from home!
We didn’t do kayaking but available if you intend to do so. Private baths or outside baths available which we took advantage of.
Possibly for some guests may find the property a bit older but was adequate for what we wanted. View you get makes up for it.
I’d certainly return to this place if I’m ever in Fuji-san area again.
