"The Valet staff is amazing at this hotel. Fronst desk always willing to help or try. Property has changed hands several times over the years, but its my go to for downtown MSP. "

"Upon arrival while checking in, one of the staff informed me that “there were no standard rooms” and that I would be upcharged for a double room. I booked through Expedia and it indicated there was a standard room available. Luckily someone else at the front desk informed the other person that my room should not be upcharged. I felt unwelcome at the jump, especially after my overseas flight had just been cancelled at the last moment making me scramble to find a place to stay. It was not a great start to my stay at this resort. "

"Friendly bar tenders, great breakfast, location on Skywalk and not far from the light rail station."

"We stay once a year but the pool seems to always be closed. I was over charged for our deposit since we weren’t asked if we’re leaving our car or needing the shuttle. "

"Chemicals used in hot tub ruined my wifes swimsuit along with my son’s girlfriend suit and several other people said they had same issues. Some other people were discussing this with the person at desk and they just shrugged his shoulders. Rooms smelled heavy like cigar smoke yet hotel had no smoking signs all over. Obviously policy not being followed. I would assume workers and management were the issue."
