Nice although a little dated.
"Nice place with kind and helpful staff, although very limited English. The room and facilities are a little dated. Breakfast was expensive, but sumptuous, although a little tough for vegetarian westerners. Nice Onsen."

"Great stay in Lake Toya area! Hide was very kind and met us right at our agreed upon arrival time. The house was clean and well maintained with lots of amenities including AC, laundry, and drying racks. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back!"
