The hotel itself is beautiful and conveniently located near many shops. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. When we asked about it, we were simply told to open the window. Once the window was open, the wind kept hitting something in the ceiling and making noise all night, so we didn’t sleep well. The same thing happened the second night. We were later told that the air conditioning wasn’t turned on during those days because it was cold outside. By the end of our stay, we were honestly just happy to leave. What made it even more frustrating is that as we were checking out around 10 a.m., the air conditioning suddenly started working.

Very nice hotel, perfect breakfast menu and service!

The room space is a little smaller than any other hotels we stayed. Or at least we felt that way. There was not much space to put suites cases and the closet was technically on the wall. The staff were very polite and excellent. Underground route to the hotel from Sapporo station was way too complicated for me. The room had a nice large window that we loved. We might consider staying here again.

Location, hotel staffs, room, view all are wonderful.

Solid service all around. Staff seem to prefer serving more local clients (Japanese speaking citizens). If you do not call it racism at least it was blatant favoritism.
