"This property is a great choice for large or multi-family gatherings. At check-in the facility was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, and the knives were top quality, which I don't find to be true in many rentals. The property manager was rapidly responsive to any questions I had.The heated in-door pool was a big hit. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Perfect beach house for a big familyWe had a great stay! The house was in a perfect location just one block from the beach, spacious, and fit my family of 15 comfortably. There were plenty of beach chairs, wagons, and toys, which made it perfect for the whole family.The only small issue was limited towels (1 per person) and missing shampoo/body wash. The host was quick to respond and delivered body wash and shampoo early the next morning.Def recommend it to families looking for a spacious home near the beach. Especially if you are looking for something that isn’t in the touristy area."

"House size and amenities were exceptional. Croatan is a beautiful neighborhood with many lovely homes. Enjoyed a very functional deck grill, fully stocked kitchen and some of the beach amenities, especially the chairs. Unfortunate that the beach had heavy seaweed and presence of jelly fish larvae. Made the 5 minute drive to Virginia Beach which was clean of both elements in the water."
