I am not one to complain but the room was absolutely filthy. First, the door was cracked open. Upon entering the room it was apparent that someone had been in there. The lights were on, the TV was on, the trash can had garbage in it, there was garbage on the floor, weed residue on the dresser, dirty and wet towels on the table and the bed was disheveled as if someone had been laying on the bed. The room also reeked of smoke. Upon seeing this, I went back to the office to address the concerns and the front desk representative stated that because it was late if I could go back to the room and that she would clean the room first thing in the morning. I did not stay the night, left and went elsewhere. The following morning I went to return the key and ask for a refund as I was checking out early. The woman said I had to request a refund from the booking agency. So, I contacted Expedia who contacted the White Marlin Inn who denied the refund. Absolutely disgusting place!!!

The rooms are not as pictured on website and newly renovated and soundproof rooms do not exist. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a reserved room.

This is a terrible place. towel, bed sheet are super dirty. Bath room is leaking and floor is Wet. This room is not fit for living. I afraid i see black feces on bed and i hope it is not bed bug. Terrible motel and should be reported to city for unhygienic condition. Drug smell is a lot outside and a women fighting with her boyfriend or husband next room with very load way. Pictures are too way off the actual motel condition.

The room didn't have no trash cans. All the cabinets were nailed. Shut, the drawers were nailed. Shut the lock to shut the door was loose where anyone could just bust in the room. At any point in time, the AC barely worked. The bathroom had rust everywhere. Hair was all in the shower like they didn't even clean it. And there were stains all over the towels. I will never stay there again.

PLEASE READ!! This place is a dump! The listing said “newly renovated”…HA!! Where to begin? The kitchenette light didn’t work, it’s cabinets were totally rusted, the shower curtain was covered in mold, there was unidentified liquid spots on the mirror, a pube AND WATER in the bathtub (I checked in around 11pm-why was it still wet?), it was supposed to be non-smoking, but I guarantee it was smoked in. My hair, clothes, bags, and extra blanket all smelled like smoke when I left! The sink handle fell off when I turned on the water. I had a huge roach! And I’m 99% certain the door wasn’t closed when I unlocked it. (It’s a key, not a card) The bed was barely/sloppily made. I was alone and did not feel safe here. I tried canceling my second night, but the employee said hotels.com would have to refund. So they’re looking into it. Doubtful, though. I still left and didn’t stay the second night! PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!

reserved a non-smoking room with a king size bed and we were checked into a smoking room with two double beds. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. A used condom wrapper was on the floor beside the bed. When I tied to opened the freezer, the microwave fell off of the top of the freezer and I was lucky to catch it. The shower was dirty, the mirror was smeared, the bed sheets looked dirty, and the curtain had a rip in it that people could look through.

Convenient location especially for the price. Very nice surrounding neighborhood and easy to walk everywhere. No cleanliness at all...First room i was given the shower continously ran, not dripped but running and there was visable mold on the shower curtian and wall from it. The desk was more.than accommodating in changing rooms however the second room had trash in room cabinets, used shampoo bottle and hair left in shower, pretty sure one of the towels had already been used.
