"From beginning to end this lot is worth every penny spent for your hotel stay, from plenty of parking, valet if needed, elevator or stair access from higher level parking. Main lobby clerks are attentive and happy to help, dining/bar is directly across within the lobby and also has private gated back patio seating with gas fireplace providing you with inclusive view and dining/drinks. Gym amenities are also on the first floor along with indoor swimming pool across the hallway. Accents within the building are clean and up to date. Our Room was on the 4th floor (3 elevators and stairs available) and included a fantastic view of the ocean front and had a balcony with two chairs - up to date and nice amenities throughout the bedroom/areas although perhaps it’s a west thing there was not a blow dryer. Breakfast was very busy but orderly with great options."

"Our stay at sandcastle was marred with unforseen occurances. Our jacuzzi broke and flooded our room. Mot able to use all week. They did adjust the final payment to dec. total price of final payment. The room was good otherwise. Took long time to get hot water to 9th floor for wash and shower. Loved the veranda that faced the ocean. Breakfast very good. Hotel was fixing front entrance all of our stay. Las palmas rest. Very good, smile 4 miles store helpful in lobby. Staff couteous. Overall good, a 3 star hotel as advertised"

"Floor was extremely grimy. Felt like the floor hadn't been mopped in weeks. The entire visit was a sales pitch. The number of times we got phone calls from the front desk was atrocious."
