The hotel itself is beautiful, and the overall experience was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always willing to assist in any way, which made traveling with our family and young kids much easier. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the monorail, making trips to and from the parks smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the luggage services—having a Yamato Transport counter in the lobby made it simple to ship our bags to our next destination. There’s also a Lawson in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed before heading to the parks or back to our room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit."
