"Homely accommodation, very clean and spacious room with bunk bed an TV. The host is very attentive and helpful. Was patient with us and used Google translate to communicate, including travel suggestions. The breakfast had a very good spread, and the highlight was the fresh Sicilian orange juice that the owner made for us himself, every morning! Great coffee too! Parking is just outside. There is a lovely area to sit down in the back of the property, which is nicely decorated. Though no lift, there is a ramp up to the first floor so it was not a problem to get to second floor for us. They can arrange washing clothes or airport transfer for an extra charge. All in all, fantastic experience and would recommend it for anyone in the area.. you will need means of transport to travel about the coast though. "

"We loved the stunning views from the property, the pool, sitting on the wide balcony and eating our meals at the tables on the terrace. Spacious house with lots of space and a garden filled with different fruit trees. Facilities were adequate with all the usual appliances in working order. One of the fridges and the cooker could do with updating. Andrea looked after us really well and responded quickly to any questions or requests. You need a car! But then you are within driving distyof so many different places and activities. We visited Syracuse several times, Noto, Cartagerona, Taormina, etc. we also we also did boat trips, a gorge, walk, and visited Favola, a specialvisit to learn about olive oil with tasting and explanation from the owner. Of course we ate out and enjoyed all of the local cuisine. Good supermarkets in Floridia. All in all a great holiday. "

"Great villa for a family, it's all about the pool to be honest! Very spacious. The air con in the twin bedroom wasnt really working èand the mattresses on the twin beds were v hard but mamageable. Great pizza just down the road too! Also, i was aware of the extra electricity to be taken from the deposit, it was just a bit surprising how much it cost compared to UK electricity prices.. However, i would recommend staying at the villa in spite of that."
