"Breakfast was included and very good. Dinner was not as pleasurable. Ordered a shrimp pasta and was so overbearing in fish smell (fresh fish should not have an odor) that we had to send it back . They did not charge us and were very accommodating"

"Overall, we had a good stay at Grand Hotel Villa Politi. The hotel has a beautiful historic character and was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both continental and traditional Italian options. The swimming pool was another great highlight. Its location was very convenient for travelling by car, just outside the ZTL, with on-site parking available. However, the hotel has quite a lot of stairs, which can make getting around less convenient, and we found the staff could have been more helpful and attentive. Overall, a good option for exploring Syracuse, especially for travellers arriving by car."

Antoni and Alessandro were always available if we needed help with anything, with Antoni keeping everything clean and functioning on a daily basis. There were eight of us and there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Belvedere village 5 minutes up the road for bread and pasticceria..."
