Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. "We enjoyed time in this beatuiful and Scandinavian style furnished apartment. Communication with Sara was easy and fast by Whatsapp. Construction work on the opposite of the street was a bit disturbing, but it should be soon ready. This house is very good choice to feel atmosphere of amazing Bratislava and to get easily to differerent locations."

"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."
