Perfect place, just a short walk to the bus station or ask reception to order a taxi for you it’s very cheap. Room is spotless, staff are very friendly and helpful. Just one very tiny comment internet was disconnected around 9am and checking out is at 11am. Definitely will book again.

This was in a great location. Although not technically in the old town, it's essentially across the street. The apartment was very spacious. Breakfast was included, but I'd give that about C+. I just had two minor nits. Although there's a small kitchen, there were no dish towels or paper towels. There is washing machine, but no dryer, although there is drying rack, and we used the towel warmer to speed things along. Overall, it was a great choice in Bratislava.

Central location without feeling touristy. Lots of places to eat ,drink and shop. Near to public transport to airport and rail station. Staff were very helpful and apartment was clean and quiet. Would certainly rebook if I returned to Bratislava.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and even provided me with laundry detergent pods so I could do some laundry. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen which was helpful for cold drinks and leftovers.

I had a 2 day trip in Bratislava and I enjoyed my stay at this apart hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The photos I took showed the room looked great as advertised. I will stay there again when I go back to Bratislava.

Super comfortable

Very convenient stay in a spacy apartmentlike hotel room. Kitchen, washing machine, aircon and a comfortable bed. Close to both the city center and at a walking distance from the central station. Helpful staff in the reception (had to get help to print a ticket on paper) leaves this stay nothing more to desire!

Apartments are as advertised , very clean, good size and the location was excellent within walking distance of everywhere and very close to the old town. Towels and tea, coffee replaced daily and felt very secure. Only criticism is traffic nose is noticeable especially at night so take some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper however is to be somewhat expected due to the location ,and also could of done with an extra mirror as none in either of the bedrooms. Would stay there again and would recommend , very close to a supermarket and various bakeries and coffee shops.

Great hotel in Bratislava

The Metropolitan Star is a great apartment hotel. We had a studio which was very modern and well appointed. The hotel is also very well positioned with the Old Town only a short walk away. This property is highly recommended.

A good property and competitively priced vs. holiday rentals. It was nice to have the good facilities in the kitchen area including a dishwasher and full oven. My only slight quibble is that the second bedroom was very small, only just bigger than the single bed and the walls between the bedrooms were super thin. I'm not sure the frosted window between the rooms was really needed. I get why that was there but it made it feel more like a family room than a true flat. It wasn't bad at all and it's really a minor quibble, hence my overall rating but for a family choosing an aparthotel vs. a rental, one of the main reasons for the latter is everyone having their own space.
