A brilliant hotel with great facilities and excellent staff. The room was modern and clean and the spa was an added bonus. The breakfast offering was brilliant and the hotel also smelt amazing - we asked them what diffuser they were using!

Amazing hotel to finish this mini Europe tour. From first stepping in the the clean and fragrant building and the friendly staff, a nice spread for breakfast, and complimentary on site gym, pool, and sauna. The best stay of the trip!

What an incredible weekend stay at this stunning property. Mama’s is everything you would hope for a Boutique Hotel to be. Maria on Reception is such an asset to the team - we felt so welcomed and that no request was too much to ask. Lovely spa facilities and modern chic bathrooms - loved the soaker bathtub. All in all a 10/10 experience.

Short 2 night break

Check in staff excellent room very nice spacious very comfortable but then 2nd night no AC 😡 room 26.5 degrees did not sleep a wink. When checking out no offer of refund or complimentary water which we had to use. Quite disappointing end and will email the hotel on return for some form of refund

The hotel is located a bit further from town then we thought. It was beautiful however! And the lady who greeted us was very friendly and service minded. The bed was great and the atmosphere in our room was calm and inviting. Breakfast was until 10.30 and we got there a little past 9. Nothing was filled up throughout the hour we sat and ate. And what we got was what was left from earlier - a bit disappointing. The reception is also located right in the middle of the restaurant?! A bit annoying to have breakfast accompanied by phone calls, new bookings and maintenance crew walking back and forth with toilet paper, dusters and cleaning supplies.

Breakfast was lovely and the receptionist when we arrived too. We were not impressed with location, there was a lot of noise in the morning due to grounds work. The electricity in my room disappeared few times.

A Gem in Bratislava - staff, spa, serenity

beautiful boutique hotel tucked away on a quiet and treeladen street, wonderful pool and sauna and gorgeous room design. Do not book!

This is not a 4star, neither a boutique hotel. The equipment of the room is dated, the room was smelly and there was nothing that would make this a 4 star experience. At best, this is a 2star Bed and Breakfast that charges you horrendous amounts of money, pretending something else. Go elsewhere.

Excellent quality hotel for a cheap price!

We couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. The value for money was amazing considering all the extras that came with our stay - a delicious free breakfast and access to a great gym/pool/sauna. Our room was modern, comfortable and luxurious. The location of the hotel was also perfect as we were able to park our car out front and walk everywhere we needed to go in the city. Would definitely return to this hotel if we came back to Bratislava.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was great - made-to-order omelets and a wide variety of meats, chesses, breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. Lovely hotel. The only downside is the parking. They only have three spaces available.

Room was nice and clean but they advertised themselves with a spa area and in reality it was only a sauna and a cold pool. We were informed the sauna wasn’t working and so pool also not available. That was the only reason we picked the hotel. Way too expensive for what it is.
