This spacious and beautifully presented home sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups looking for space, style and serenity.
Bedrooms:
Main Bedroom – King bed for the ultimate in comfort.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed.
Loft Bedroom (upstairs) – Queen bed with treetop views.
Kids Bunk Room – 2 x king single bunks + 1 single bed – perfect for little adventurers.
Bathrooms:
Two well appointed bathrooms.
Living & Dining:
Step through the front of the house and be welcomed by a stunning open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This space flows beautifully onto the leafy backyard and a dreamy patio area – ideal for long summer lunches or evening BBQs under the stars. A wood burning fireplace adds warmth and ambience during the cooler months. There is a cosy second living area for watching TV and relaxing.
Laundry:
Fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer and the all important second fridge.
Outdoors:
The backyard is a lush, green sanctuary framed by tall, beautiful trees – the perfect backdrop for morning coffees, quiet reading nooks, or a nap in the shade. There’s a BBQ and outdoor seating to make the most of Mossy Point’s magical coastal climate.

1 minute walk to the iconic Mossy Café for your morning coffee or long brunch.
2 minute stroll to the Mossy Point boat ramp – perfect for launching kayaks or spotting stingrays.
