"Area was safe, property well lit. Staff very friendly and courteous. 2nd floor hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Our room had a residual cigarette odor that didn't go away. It was in our clothes when we left. Small roaches in kitchen and bath area. Beds were comfortable, central air / heating was good. Kitchen utensils, plates, pots, etcetera are available for a fee. Thank you goes to the ladies behind the desk."

"The house was as lovely as the photos and the neighborhood was nice as well. Only concern we had was when we arrived we noticed what we thought was our down stairs the curtain was moving. The owner came out the door and stated he lives in that section ( which let me say, he wasn’t a bother at all and he was sectioned off) but it does not say anything about him staying there or sectioned off from us."
