"We did not enjoy our stay at this Days Inn by Wyndham hotel … our room was not very clean … the television did not work … the air conditioning was set at 68-70 but felt like 85+ … on a positive note, the guy at the desk was extremely pleasant as we checked in and the bed was a great sleeper … but overall it was noisy and the fact that both the television and the air conditioning were not working properly, I felt like I wasted my money. Do not recommend."

"Our stay at Wilderness at the Smokies was absolutely amazing! The resort is clean, family-friendly, and packed with fun activities—especially the water park. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect getaway for both relaxation and entertainment. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

Mountain Aire Inn Sevierville/Pigeon Forge

"This used to be the cleanest place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is definitely not what it used to be. Pool is not well maintained , curtains are broken and hard to close. The body wash in the shower was empty. There was only 6 channels on the tv and they were mostly sports channels. Very disappointed in what this place has become."

"I room was spacious, clean and the property was well kept. However, we did have a problem with the AC in the living area of the room. It was wasn’t work, maintenance was called and they came relatively quickly to fix it. It worked for that day and the next, it stopped working again. Maintenance came again and the replaced the unit. The front desk manager called and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a bottle of champagne but, my wife and I don’t drink. Then they offered a $30 Starbucks gift card. We accepted it but looking back, I should have demanded that one of the nights be comped. Ok the day of checkout, it felt like the AC stopped working again…."
