Cons:
- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.
Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention.
Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"Room was clean and we had a great view of the harbour. Great shower which we feel is important. We had the full Cornish breakfast it was quite modest in size and quality."
"One night stay for a flying visit. Rooms are quite tired but perfectly functional.
Bar was really nice and they were showing the football. Really nice atmosphere in there, lots of holiday makers and food looked good.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. I especially liked the pastries on the buffet and the cooked breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay."
