About this property

A cotswold cottage that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

  • Built around 1780, in traditional Cotswold stone, Gentian Cottage has been beautifully restored and has many character features, including painted wooden beams, exposed stone walls, and window seats perfect for relaxing with a book. Complimenting these is a central fireplace now converted to a coal eddect gas fire for ease of use. The cottage is fully equipped with modern facilities, including Broadband WIFI a large SMART TV, also a DVD player with a collection of DVDS to watch.
    A very well equipped fully fitted kitchen /diner, with Nespresso machine, a perfect place for home cooked meals.
    The layout of the cottage makes Gentian an ideal retreat for a family with older children, or for a group of friends, or just maybe a large private romantic retreat for two.
    The enclosed sun terrace is perfect for unwinding and summer meals or simply a glass of wine. Gentian Cottage is surrounded by an abundance of footpaths leading to lovely country walks. We very much hope you will enjoy this special place as much as we do.

    Parking space for a standard size car. Big SUV's you will need to park on the street nearby for free.
