A nice, modern hotel within a few minutes to the beach and Mooloolaba shopping/dining precinct. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. A user friendly Tv/entertainment setup was great. The room was also very quiet. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The only thing that would be preferable would be a larger pool, but that encourages you to walk across the road and use the beach!

The Penthouse was a very well appointed and laid out apartment. Ensuite off the bedroom + second toilet. Upstairs was a private rooftop retreat / BBQ area with views over Mooloolaba Marina. It also included a Washer and dryer in the bathroom, vacuum cleaner, air con, ceiling fans, and balcony. Overall a very comfortable apartment. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb - no lift. Each apartment has a garage. Shops are a few mins walk away.

Malibu Mooloolaba staff were extreemly friendly, assisted with an early check in and provided a boogy board for my 4 year old to catch some waves for our stay - free of charge!
Rooms were neat, tidy and clean, with an exceptional view of the beach and Mooloolaba Esplanade. I would recommend staying here.

We loved the proximity to the Kawana Shopping Centre (4 mins walk), the food was excellent in the restaurant on the premises, and staff were very helpful and friendly, esp the waitress who served us - she used her initiative and brought an extra dessert spoon so my hubby n I could share one dessert :-). Something to be said for the more mature staff members here!!!

We have stayed here a few times now and always have a great holiday. The staff are very pleasant, accommodating and relaxed. We did not use the pool and facilities on this occasion but the pool was cleaned daily and is very pleasant. The apartment was lovely with the kitchen equipment clean and tidy.
We will definitely visit the Alexandra again!

Our family had a great time at First Light, Mooloolaba! The hotel itself is very clean and modern. We were greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Highly recommend!
Only minor issue was the size of the car park. We were in a single park against the lift and it was difficult to get in and out of our car. Didn’t put a damper on the holiday though!
