"Airport shuttle was perfect, easy in and out from airport to my Newark meeting and back"

"Renovations aside, the fitness room was way too hot and it appears the AC was broken when we were there. The walls in the hallway and in the rooms were in terrible condition. There was mold on the walls towards the ceiling near the mirror in our bathroom. The tub was clogged so it did not drain properly. The breakfast was over $20/ person and yet, when we ate there, it was not maintained. Food was either gone, cold, or running out and they were not keeping up with the buffet. Def should not cost $20. The ac/heat unit in our room was not working properly. Anyways, this was a last minute stay for one night since our flight was delayed til the next day. Didn't bother with telling the staff cause we were tired and didn't want to repack and move rooms but there were def problems. "

"The rooms are beautiful and parking was crazy especially during thanksgiving extremely tight. One manager approached me about keeping my son quiet because he was giggling at night time in a big spacious lobby very unprofessional. But kids are going to be kids. But the property is 5 Star! "

"Smell was so very strong. I could not breath! I havr chronic bronchitis and can not be around excessive smells, whatever they are using to cover up underlying dunk smell was impossible to handle. Even my family of 6, 4 of us were either coughing or got headaches. Also said pool was out of order but this is not on the site to consider this before booking. "

"King bed was really comfy! Room 315 was facing E Park Street and very quiet. Blackout blinds were appreciated. Loved the shower. "
