"The apartment was a little small and creaky, and had very little storage space, only one bedroom had a wardrobe. The shower was great but again the room was very small. The building corridor smelt of cigarette smoke the whole time we were there.The location is fantastic but parking was difficult. The price was reasonable and we would consider booking again."

Les négociations avaient bien commencé avec la disponibilité et la tarif puis des réponses plus qu’aléatoires pour la procédure de modification du séjour, donc sans succès. "We had to travel from Argentine to Chamonix (about 30 min travel one way) to pick up and drop off the keys to the apartment. This was not noted at the time of booking and was a surprise. Given that trains run every hour and buses run every 30 min, it added an unnecessary burden of extra time and stress to check in and check out. The rest of the stay was great."

"Le Cristal NB16 is a cosy, well-equipped, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. The village is a wonderful place in the mountains for skiing & walking/climbing. The apartment has an excellent underground dedicated parking space & lovely views. The bunk beds are in a tiny space, which is not ideal for adults/teens. Proximity to the station is convenient but trains can be heard regularly. Communication with Cozee Rentals was very good & helpful. I would certainly recommend staying here."
