"Le logement est correct dans l'ensemble mais la propreté laisse à désirer ( vaisselle et sol ). Attention on ne le voit pas sur les photos mais l'escalier pour accéder à l'étage est étroit et dangereux. Les toilettes dans la sdb sont aussi étroit, il faut se glisser entre le meuble de la sdb et le toilette pour s'assoir."

"We had to travel from Argentine to Chamonix (about 30 min travel one way) to pick up and drop off the keys to the apartment. This was not noted at the time of booking and was a surprise. Given that trains run every hour and buses run every 30 min, it added an unnecessary burden of extra time and stress to check in and check out. The rest of the stay was great."

A fantastic bakery just round the corner, with an amazing selection of pastries and really excellent friendly service, good prices too. Loved our stay would definitely go again. Had an amazing trip up Aguille de midi! Just breath taking! Lots more still to do. Little red train was also a highlight. Loved Chamonix, lots to do and see for a family with older children....

"The appartment itself is very tastefully renovated, clean and well stocked. It felt very comfortable staying there. For families there are also lots of games/toys. The building in which the appartment is located is dank, dirty and very dated. That said, once you are in the appartment you do not notice that any more."

"On two floors with bedrooms upstairs the apartment was well equipped, comfortable and very quiet with plenty of hot water. The bakerie is a 2 minute walk. Not an issue, but the ski locker only takes 4 pairs of skis with poles or 5 pairs of skis. We would not hesitate to recommend or use again."

"Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities."

"We had a fantastic stay and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The valet parking was seamless, and having our car cleaned was such a thoughtful touch – it really made us feel special. The evening meal was exceptional – great quality and beautifully presented. While we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the stay were definitely 5-star. Would happily return!"
