"I booked a mezzanine room as this was the cheapest room ($250 1 night), quite expensive and in Les Houches and not bustling Chamonix. The room was exactly as the picture represented but scary in reality. The tread of steps up to the mezzanine bed were very thin. I have tiny feet and had to step sideways. ..."
