A true home away from home!



The Space:

You can sleep up to 4 people in the apartment. Closed bedroom with queen bed, and living room with cozy sofa bed for two. All linens, and bedding items are provided, professionally cleaned between each and every guest's stay.



Full bathroom, luxury jet bath and shower. Bath towels provided for everyone, freshly cleaned of course!



Full kitchen with all the basics you need to cook many home-cooked meals, or order in

and enjoy Montreal's cuisine, Montreal is known around the world for exciting food!!



You will have full and exclusive private access to the my one bedroom apartment. The apartment is the full basement of the building, the entire building is shared with only the one unit above.



Guest Access:

You will have full and exclusive private access to the my one bedroom apartment. The apartment is not shared with anyone else during your stay!



I am available day and evenings if you need anything, after midnight overnight I might be asleep, but I am fast to reply first thing next morning.

Brossard, Quebec, is a vibrant city with a rich blend of culture, nature, and culinary delights! It's the perfect destination for travelers seeking a unique blend of suburban charm and urban excitement.



From the stunning parks and green spaces that offer a peaceful retreat to the bustling shopping area "Quartier DIX30" for shopping and entertainment, there's something for everyone.



Don't miss out on the local cuisine, which is a delicious reflection of the city's diverse community. Brossard is not just a place to visit; it's an experience waiting to be discovered!



Brossard a municipality, located beside Montreal in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada and is part of the Greater Montreal area!



Adjacent to Montreal, you can easily access the rich and wonderful culture of the famous city day and night!



Getting Around:

Free parking included so you have fast and easy access to everything in the area, and downtown Montreal is just 15 minutes away.



15 minutes to downtown: Bell Center, theme parks, museums.

Legendary nightlife of bars, clubs, pubs and entertainment festivals!

Montreal restaurants, cafes, and more!



2 minute walk to the #46 bus, which takes you to the direct line to downtown.



Lovely neighborhood to walk in the afternoon, calm, lots of trees lined streets and small parks in the area to enjoy Canadian nature!



Other Things to Note:

Check-in later than my Check-in window is possible. Just note: Be sure you have informed me ahead of time and that you have received the Self-Check-In instructions a full day before check-in, so you can read them and ask questions ahead of arriving.



- Please be aware that the AC and heating systems are operational and accessible in accordance with the appropriate season.

Air conditioning is installed in late Spring to mid Autumn, sometimes earlier or later respecting the seasonal temperature.



- I provide your apartment with some basic things so that you can arrive and get comfortable, learn the city. Once consumable items are finished, you must provide your own.



- My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is possible, but I am not always available after midnight. Please inform me if this is your plans and be sure you received and read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive.



- I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive, please be courteous and kind with them as they help out.



- This is an apartment, so there is some potential for the sounds of people in the above unit. They are fantastic family, and do their best to be great neighbors. They appreciate to keep their privacy, and they respect yours, if you need anything of them, feel free to reach me.



- My maintenance person may need access to the property in rare circumstances of emergency or urgent situations. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or required maintenance. I always try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities given the situation. This is very rare, and has not been required in my time as a host so far.



Interaction with Guests:

I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app, you will have phone number for real emergencies.



I am easy to contact from morning to late evening, I do sleep, so after midnight I am slower to reply, or I get back to you first thing the next morning.



I also have written you a couple of messages that send automatically during your trip (so you have info you need when you need it), with helpful tips and instructions.
